Telelink receives European support for people development

Telelink Infra Services EAD signed a contract for the implementation of the project “Skills and training in Telelink Infra Services”, financed under the Operational Program “Human Resources Development” 2014-2020, co-financed by the European Union through the European Social Fund, Priority Axis 1: ,,Improving access to employment and quality of jobs”, procedure BG05M9OP001-1.057 “Skills”. The value of the project is 91 100.00 BGN of which 45 550.00 BGN grants, divided into 38 717.50 BGN European and 6 832.50 BGN national Co-financing and 45 550.00 BGN own contribution. The project implementation period is 18 months.

The overall objective of the project is to provide different types of trainings for the company employees in order to increase labour productivity, qualification of the workforce, their adaptability to the rapidly emerging new production, information and communication technologies and to create conditions for sustainable employment and professional development.

Specific objectives are:

  • Improvement of the skills and competences of the target group 33 employed at Telelink Infra Services EAD in accordance with their identified needs;
  • Creating conditions for sustainable employment and better workplaces at Telelink Infra Services EAD;
  • Upgrading the employees’ knowledge, skills and competencies;
  • Better quality employment;
  • Encouraging employees to improve or upgrade competencies;
  • Increasing the adaptability of human resources to new technological trends;
  • Investing in people and skills;
  • Creating conditions for the development of creativity and innovation;
  • Maintain working places;
  • Maintain the position of the company as a leading technology company.

Specific trainings are planned within the project on key competences of the company’s employees.

,,Телелинк Инфра Сървисис‘‘ ЕАД сключи договор за изпълнение на проект ,,Умения и обучения в Телелинк Инфра Сървисис“, финансиран в рамките на Оперативна програма ,,Развитие на човешките ресурси“ 2014-2020, съфинансирана от Европейския съюз чрез Европейския социален фонд,  Приоритетна ос 1: ,,Подобряване достъпа до заетост и качеството на работните места“ , процедура BG05M9OP001-1.057 ,,Умения“ . Стойността на проекта е  91 100.00 лв., от които 45 550.00 лв. безвъзмездна финансова помощ, разделени на 38 717.50 лв. европейско и 6 832.50 лв. национално съфинансиране и 45 550.00 лв. собствен принос.   Срокът за изпълнение на проекта е 18 месеца.

Общата цел на проекта е провеждане на различни по вид обучения на служителите на дружеството, за да се повиши производителността на труда, квалификацията на работната сила, адаптивността им към бързо навлизащите нови производствени, информационни и комуникационни технологии и създаване на условия за устойчива заетост и професионално развитие.

Специфични цели по проекта са:

  • Усъвършенстване на уменията и компетентностите на целевата група 33 заети в Телелинк Инфра Сървисис ЕАД в съответствие с идентифицираните им нужди;
  • Създаване на условия за устойчива заетост и по-качествени работни места в Телелинк Инфра Сървисис ЕАД;
  • Осъвременяване на познанията, уменията и компетенциите на заетите;
  • По-качествена заетост;
  • Насърчаване на служителите за подобряване или обновяване на компетенциите;
  • Повишаване на адаптивността на човешкия ресурс към новите технологични трендове;
  • Инвестиране в хора и умения;
  • Създаване на условия за разгръщане на творчеството и иновациите;
  • Запазване на работните места;
  • Запазване на позициите на предприятието като водеща технологична компания.
  • В рамките на проекта са планирани извършването на специфични обучения и обучения по ключови компетентности на заети в компанията лица.

The event is organized by the American Chamber of Commerce in Bulgaria and Israel – American Chamber of Commerce with the support of the Embassy of the United States and the Embassy of Israel in Sofia. The event attracted interest from high-level government officials and international businesses from Israel, USA and the region.

In the context of one of biggest challenges of today – air pollution, we are innovating to be one step closer for keeping one of our main living resources pure.

The award finalists (Telelink Business Services, PTC, SoftBank Technology and Accenture – IIoT category) and winners were selected among 2,900 nominations from 115 different countries globally based on their commitment to customers, solutions’ market impact, and exemplary use of Microsoft technologies. They will be recognized at an official ceremony on Microsoft Inspire, July 14–18, 2019, in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Telelink leads the “System Integration” category of the TOP 100 Technology Companies in Bulgaria for fourth year in a row. The annual research is carried out by ICT Media and the leading business newspaper Capital.

At the 6th Annual Meeting of the National Board of Tourism Telelink showcased  the company’s solutions for traffic management and public transport (smart ticketing), city tourist card, promotion of tourist attractions, air quality monitoring, remote water metering and water level monitoring. We showed how data generated from these solutions can be integrated and correlated to perform advanced analysis, visualization, and 24-hour forecasting.

Datathon 2019

Telelink Business Services supported Datathon 2019, organized by our partners Data Science Society. This is the fifth edition of the Data hackathon, which was held on April 12-14. The finals and the awarding ceremony took place on April 16, 2019.

Telelink provided a use case developed together with Denkstatt, Green Sofia, Vision for Sofia, Sofia Development Association, which focuses on the identification of different factors influencing the air pollution in Sofia and the correlations between the air pollutant sources and their intensity in different locations in the capital. The work on the use case continued the topic of the air quality challenges, which was addressed during the first Datathon 2018, when a model for the 24 hours forecast of the pollution was elaborated. This is the next step to a complete approach toward the social aspect for the air quality in Sofia based on analysis of various data.

More than 140 participants competed in the two-days contest. It was held both online and at four physical hubs worldwide –  at Richhill Business Center (Sofia), Bangalore (India), Jaipur (India) and Beirut (Lebanon). 

6 teams reached the finals, two from Lebanon and four from Bulgaria. The teams awarded with first and second place, worked on Telelink case. One of them got the award of the audience too.
